Traveling Choir Audition Form 2012-2013

WLA students who have had at least one year of choir at WLA are eligible to audition for Traveling Choir for the 2012-2013 school year. You may read and download the WLA Traveling Choir syllabus 2011-2012 for more information. The ideal number of students I am looking for is 48 (12 in a section). Students must fill out the following form before their audition day. Audition requirements are posted here. All auditions must be completed by Friday, May 4.  Sign up on the Choir Room door for an audition time.
